TCL Archive NCI advisors table proposed $186.5 million nanotechnology research program. NCI proposed to fund three to five “centers for cancer nanotechnology excellence,” a coordinating center, and training programs. Board members said they needed more time, information, to make decision. NCI director asked board to “think big” about nanotechnology.
