On May 18, 2024, Felix Feng, a leader in genitourinary cancer research, gave the keynote address at The Feng Symposium on Prostate Cancer Revolutions.

In his inaugural address, Feng talks about his career, the people who supported him along the way, his mentors—and his mentees.

“When a symposium is named after you, you can pretty much just wax poetic up on stage,” Feng said. “I’m gonna do that. And to all my mentees in the audience, I always tell you to give a crisp talk, one or two major take home messages. I’m gonna break all those rules, okay?”

Feng died Dec. 10, 2024. An obituary is published in The Cancer Letter.
